Bust
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust, and then drop your arms to your sides for the most accurate measurement.
Waist
Loosely measure around your natural waistline, which is generally 2 inches above your belly button or the narrowest point of your torso.
Hips
Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part of your hips. |
